1.5 part EFFEN Cucumber Vodka

0.5 parts Fresh lemon juice

0.5 parts Simple syrup

0.5 parts Lillet Rose Vermouth

1 dash grapefruit bitters

1.5 oz EFFEN Cucumber Vodka

0.5 oz Fresh lemon juice

0.5 oz Simple syrup

0.5 oz Lillet Rose Vermouth

1 dash grapefruit bitters

45 ml EFFEN Cucumber Vodka

15 ml Fresh lemon juice

15 ml Simple syrup

15 ml Lillet Rose Vermouth

1 dash grapefruit bitters

How to make

Method

Combine equal parts sugar and water in a small saucepan over a medium heat, stirring until the sugar is completely dissolved. Remove from the heat, let the syrup cool, and store refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 3 weeks.
