Ingredients
1.5 part EFFEN Vodka
0.75 parts Lime juice
0.75 parts Fresh ginger syrup*
1 dash bitters
Top with ginger beer
5 mint leaves

45 ml EFFEN Vodka
25 ml Lime juice
25 ml Fresh ginger syrup*

Bring 1/3 cup ginger (peeled and chopped), 3/4 cup sugar and 3/4 cup water to the boil, stirring until the sugar is dissolved. Remove from the heat and let it sit, covered, for 20-30 minutes.
How to make

Muddle mint, lime juice and ginger syrup, add to a cocktail shaker with the vodka over ice and strain

Strain and pour into a tall glass with ice and top with ginger beer
