Ingredients

2 part EFFEN Black Cherry Vodka

1 parts Blood orange juice

0.75 parts Agave syrup

3 parts Fresh strawberries

3-4 parts Mint leaves

Pinch of cayenne pepper

Elderflower foam*

*Elderflower foam: In a mixing glass, combine 1 egg white and 0.75oz Elderflower Liqueur. Shake for 30 seconds to emulsify

1 oz Blood orange juice

3-4 oz Mint leaves

How to make

In a mixing glass, muddle all the ingredients except the vodka. Then add the vodka and shake with ice

Strain into a Collins glass over ice
